The gay culture is a small minority subculture, and thus able to support only a few businesses with that limited target audience. As a result, a single store or newspaper/magazine will, out of financial necessity, carry a much wider range of material, than a store or periodical aimed at a much larger target audience would. Anybody who thinks heterosexual porn isn't a massive business has their head in the sand -- but it's a lot easier to keep your head in the sand when the majority heterosexual culture is large enough to support separate stores for normal books and for porn videos.
If you question whether this is true or not, try rationalizing the statistics between pedophilia between male/male incidents and male/female incidents. Considering that 99% of the population is straight, pedophiles are closer to a 50/50 split which means that the percentage of those who are gay are somewhere on the order of 10 to 20 times more likely to be desirous of having sex with underaged partners. Just as a glaring example, where are all of the female victims of the Catholic priest sexual abuse cases? Is it just a coincidence that they all happened to like boys? I would wish that this weren't the case but I can't see any real analytical way to disprove it.
Yes, but you don't walk into Barnes and Nobel and in the back find "Adult Mart"...
While porn is a big business, businesses that focus on porn and primarily a heterosexual audience, don't do so by beguiling folks into thinking their business is something else.
Homosexuality, particularly male homosexuality, is all about covering up huge self destructive actions with a smiling face...
Do what you are going to do, but don't expect the rest of the world to embrace it as normal.
