(AP) - Officials at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg say a female student taking part in an anti-abortion demonstration at the school was punched and knocked down by another woman.
College authorities are withholding the victim's name. She told campus police she was passing out literature Tuesday night during a demonstration by a group called William and Mary Students for Life.
William and Mary spokesman Bill Walker says the victim told police that a woman struck her and pushed her to the ground rather than accept the piece of literature.
Walker says school officials don't approve of physical violence, and says they "will be looking actively" for the person who punched the demonstrator.
When OJ is finished checking out all the golf courses where Nicole's killer might be hiding, they are going to have him help find the assailant at Wm. and Mary. I think he has an opening in 2008.
"Slash tires, rampage opposition headquarters, throw pies, disrupt verbally...see a pattern here?"
Yes, the pattern is clear. Thank goodness she wasn't passing out MOO-slum cartoons (same playbook, just a later chapter).
Hildy, you're tune deaf.
Yum. I'd forgotten what a honey Pam Dawber was.
I apologize...that went RIGHT over my head!
I guess so...although the tune was a bit confusing, you have to admit!
LOL. OK, in the interest of fair play I'll give you a bit.
