Michael Brown in front of Senate Committee blaming Homeland Security and the White House for Fema's problem...

He is getting ready to throw Bush under the bus...he is talking about his discussions with his lawyers...and he is whining about how HE doesn't have "executive priviledge"...and since he requested guidance from the White House...

He is reading a letter from Harriet Miers that he says doesn't give him guidance ....but that he is there as a private citizen..and he is asking Collins for guidance for what he should do.

Collins just told him to answer questions...but Stevens is asking if the White House has asked that he observe executive priviledge...and Stevens thinks that "executive privildege" should be made..but, Collins invited the White House to assert it and Harriet Miers has not answered her...
