"..sounds like she was addressing the "Cult of Bush" types here, with their sycophantic demands that all vote for a letter after the name rather than the Character and Values of the Cnadidate!"

Yes, these are the misguided souls who follow the party-above-principles GOP Big Tent RINOs, liberals and moderates. Most of them are pretend-conservatives, and a few of them actually seem to believe it.

My brother was at the CPAC speech. Ann caught hell for using the word "raghead":

"Ann caught hell for using the word "raghead":

Ann may be unaware that the latest politically correct term is "ragtops".

Those of us who support Bush do not believe there are any with more Character, courage or integrity than the President. We know there are none with more who are available. Certainly there are no RATS who rise to the knee of our great president.

Like Lincoln for doing what is Right and Correct he must face the daily assaults of the pygmies, traitors, and connivers.

Over the top rhetoric and not addressing actual arguments calmly and succintly without throwing in 'cute' catchphrases is not 'too conservative'. It may be insipid, trite, and mindless but hey she's preaching to the 'faithful'. Reading her articles gives me a headache in and of itself. Can't imagine having to sit through one of her cheerleader sessions.

Coulter is far from insipid. If she were insipid, few people wold pay much attention to her.

Much as they don't pay much attention to you.

You know...there is a precedence for this level of sycophance...

But as it is, I believe this may be more in line with your "Cult of Bush" worship...

Reading her articles gives me a headache in and of itself.

Consider having somebody explain the big words to you, then.

Doesn't say much for the majority of her listeners now does it? Those swayed by one liners and 'feelings' are not the sort that should be voting. She's a female Sean Hannity. Shrill and dull.

Much as they don't pay much attention to you.

The people I want to listen do, those that don't, don't. Of course I'm not out hawking books either. One would think with all that money she could at least afford one Big Mac.

Oh come on, the Bushbots comments rise to the level of the cult of personality of Kim? That's a bit over the top.

Cute. Want to compare current reading lists? Although I have to warn you I finished most of Lovecraft's works by 7th or 8th grade....

What's Ann's address? I want to FedEx her some of my homebaked bread and cherry pie. And also some fried chicken and linguine alfredo and homemade pizza and burgers and ice cream.

Read what I say, I said that there IS precedence for that level...but I said that they were more like Big Gulp Kool-Aid drinkers.
