And it is the pharmaceutical companies that wine and dine the doctors so they will be motivated to sell their specific kind of dope...not the pharmacy because the pharmacy can't just grab some dope off the shelf without the doctor's permission slip. The pharmaceutical company is the dope manufacturer who pushes it's dope to the doctor who then provides the permission slip for the dope to those with the means to buy the dope, and finally, the pharmacy finalizes the deal by delivering the dope.
