It sounds like you misunderstand the issue.

When a woman applies for a visa to enter the USA, the US embassies will run a complete check on the man she wants to marry or be with under the outrageous fiance visa program (there is no chance for a woman from countries like Russia to just visit her boyfriend in the USA) and give her tons of info...when they are not being horribly rude to her and treating her like a prostitute which is what our outrageous left wing State Dept employees do to the most attractive foreign women who want to marry American businessmen.

The new unconstitutional law that will be broken and immediately sent to the courts...is about the man going through a useless hassle and sending private information to a complete stranger who could be man...just to be able to say hello in the first place.

This is feminism run amok and, if you are female and conservative, you need to finally understand what feminism is all about (control of men) and do something about it or not call yourself conservative.

Firstly, you just made a MAJOR MISTAKE, which anyone who has been through the process understands. THE RUSSIAN/FOREIGN WOMAN NEVER APPLIES FOR THE FIANCEE VISA, RATHER THAT IS FILED FOR BY THE MAN.

Secondly, the Russian woman does have to provide the consulate with a police report of any arrests she might have had in Russia.

Thirdly, while I am in principle against this report, I see the need after having an experience with one really bad AM.
Approximately 3 years ago we met an AM/RW couple. Everything seemed normal. Approximately 6 months later the RW was arrested for assault. However, we discovered the AM dragged her into the bathroom by the hair, and held the door so she could not get out. This was after striking her for not giving him sex. Finally, it was later determined he had been in this trouble previously with another RW, and had been fired from his job with a large defense contractor for viewing porn on the Internet. Further, he had been in trouble for having sex with a minor, his daughter. My wife and I went to court to testify for the lady. Later, the police raided his home and confiscated his computer, which they discovered had plans for a dungeon to be built under his home where he was going to torture both the RW and her 14 year old son, and murder them. He was put in jail for 6 months, but that is not the end of the story. We discovered he has applied to bring another RW to the States, his third.
