For the life of me, I can't figure out why the administration puts up with these self-important babies. McClellan should have had him removed.
They remind me of a few of the kids I grew up with. During recess, most of us boys would play football. While the teacher monitored the recess behavior, she was usually accompanied by a few girls, who would ring the bell to let everyone know recess was over. David Gregory comes across a one of the boys who would hang with teacher. A big wuss, though-and-though.

The two men spoke privately after the gaggle, Gregory said later. No apologies were exchanged. Gregory is pi$$ed that he didn't get the story he wanted, so he's making himself the story.

White House, kick these scum to the crub. You are under NO obligation to talk to them. Just cancel these daily waste of time. Talk to the New Media and make the junk journalists talk to the Radio Talk Show hosts etc to get their "news" Junk Journalists seem completely incabable of grasping the reality that THEY need access to YOU, NOT vice versa.

By the way, does anyone know the name of the woman reporter at the White House who asked Scott McClellan
"Would this be a bigger story if he had been killed?"Can there ever have been a more ignorant question from a reporter?

I'll cut Gregory some slack. It was that time of the month.
To: danbo
"Don't accuse me of trying to pose to the cameras," Gregory replied. "Don't be a jerk to me personally when I'm asking you a serious question."Serious question?
Judge for yourself how many serious questions were asked: Scott McClellan's press briefing

I think that is what is bugging the press so much...he was not killed and so it is not much of a story. I think they really wish he was killed...then Cheney might be up for manslaughter....
Of course, only republican manslaughter counts....democrat manslaughter is ok a la teddy boy....

"I will yell," said Gregory, jabbing his finger in McClellan's direction. "If you want to use that podium to try to take shots at me personally, which I don't appreciate, then I will raise my voice, because that's wrong."
Of course Gregory sees no problem with using his position to take shots at the White House. And then the press wonder why no one goes out of their way to report an embarrassing incident to them.
