It is not HIS PLACE nor this WHITE HOUSE'S place to update the press on another man's condition.
That's NOT his job -- and might well be a violation of Whittington's PRIVACY.
I guess that none of these reporters ever actually read the HIPPA papers that every doctor and medical facility has you sign, before they will see you.
They only care about the privacy of liberals
BTW .. remember when Bill Clinton was in the hospital and Hellary was no where to be found for hours?
"It is not HIS PLACE nor this WHITE HOUSE'S place to update the press on another man's condition.
That's NOT his job -- and might well be a violation of Whittington's PRIVACY."
I agree. And I hope that tomorrow, when asked, this is exactly what he says because the media is going to put him through the wringer worse than before.
That's NOT his job -- and might well be a violation of Whittington's PRIVACY.
That is exactly correct, per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Not only should the White House not be giving out medical info on a private citizen, it is illegal, unless Mr. Whittington has authorized it. McClellan should tell "Prissy" Gregory and his gang to STFU or get lost.
