FEBRUARY 15--A powerful Los Angeles lawyer was indicted today on federal charges that he conspired with disgraced Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano to wiretap the telephone of the estranged wife of billionaire investor (and MGM boss) Kirk Kerkorian.
