Why should there be. The age of full consent is 17 in Colorado. Plus they have age difference laws for 15 and 16. Stop acting like a proud member of a police state. Hopefully they are not having sexual contact outside of marriage anyways. But if they are then it is no more a crime than if she were 21 too. For all you know his relationship with her will prevent her from becoming a bad member of society. Don't be so quick to judge such things.
