Since it never would have made the news, who do you expect it would have been known, let alone "treated"?
How do you think FR would treat it if it happened to John Edwards?
I think it would be all over the map- some of us would be hysterical- some would be fair and reasonable- some would hint at dark conspiracies...
HOWEVER- FR is not the White House press corps- and we aren't paid to report news. Most of us here have a natural inclination to support conservatives and give the benefit of the doubt to them..
But if John Edwards were in Dick Cheney's shoes -so to speak- I think it would have had a different sort of coverage from the beginning, don't you?
