Absolutely none. Nor was any hoopla created when Hillary Clinton's van ran a security gate at an airport and injured, nearly killed, the security guard manning the gate. I'd NEVER even heard this story before---and I'm an avowed news junkie!

I've never heard of John Gambling. Who is he?A New York City radio personality with a very likable, easy-going style. We listened to him every morning when I was growing up in the NYC area on WOR radio back in the 60's and early 70's. His voice was part of my childhood. I'm just amazed that he's still at work doing his thing all these decades later.

Have you ever heard Mark Knoller? He is the White House talking head for CBS radio. He has the most irritating voice -- talks through his nose and acts like it is taking all of his energy just to get the words out. AND he calls President Bush, MR. Bush. Makes me want to rip him out of the radio.

"the takeover of six major U.S. ports by a Dubai company based in the United Arab Emirates - a country said to have ties to terrorism."
Incredible!!!! When we have terrorist activity on our ports...somehow it will be shocking news....and the media will scream that they were not invited to the press conference....

You are so lucky! Unfortunately, our talk radio station has CBS as its news source. I was hoping they would dump it for Fox, but so far, we are still stuck with CBS. Knoller's voice is so irritating, I have to turn him off when he comes on. His left-wing bias comes through in his delivery, too. I don't know how he ever got a job in radio!

Did Arafat give Compton that thing around her neck? Maybe there is a reason the nun did not let her into the Vatican room with that computer.

We in NY are lucky to have Gambling. He's the third generation of John Gambling (I grew up listening to his grand dad on 'Rambling with Gambling) on the air here and is a no nonsense, well-read, mature thinker. I'd like to see him go wider than just WABC.
