And there's nothing dry, stuffy or boring about George Washington, at all! Correct. Washington was in every respect an 'action hero.' He lived an amazing life and after reading on the lives of all the founders, I have come to the conclusion that formal education aside, Washington was actually the most brilliant among a collection of very brilliant men.

Both figures were painted in lifelike flesh tones, and a hint of dark stubble suggested the general hadn't shaved before reviewing his troops at Valley Forge that morning.It was common in Washington's time for gentlemen to shave only once a week. Shaving was an arduous task with a straight razor, cold water, and lye soap.
