There are several ways to get admin's attention. The most popular are threatening to shoot a top government official, describing in detail what happened the night you finally came out of the closet, and using all of George Carlin's 7 Forbidden Words. Trust me, you'll hear from at least one admin right away.
If you're lazy, though, just hit the report abuse button and tell them what your problem is.
