The requirement that works for me is one who has read, and comprehends, our Constitution. Guiliani does not meet this condition.
Question: Do you believe Giuliani would seek the Presidency out of a sincere wish, stemming from patriotism and love for America, to serve our nation or because he's attracted to the power and prestige of the office?
I've always held that believing one could--or should--be president should be an automatic disqualifier.
