In Kosovo the Serbs have been ethnically cleansed from most of the region. Most of them now live in UN/NATO enclaves up north, near the border, from what I can gather. A partition plan right now would just cement this situation, which is not reasonable.
Simple truth is. We shall nagotiate but stealing part of my country is out of the question. Muslims are going to negotiations with allready thessiss "We will accept nothing less than indipendancy".
What is to negotiate there about?
either muslims will talk to head, either they will talk to the fist.
