Reality means nothing to most politicians.
Local people think I64 needs improving because of traffic tie ups. Why is traffic often snarled? Because I64 though the Peninsula has been under construction for decades! Now the solution is to raise a few $Billion more in taxes and give it to the same people responsible for the shoddy work already being done?
