How bad are PA roads? If you were blindfolded going down I83 south from PA to Baltimore MD, you would know the instant you crossed the state line.
My car is always missing at least one hubcap. Right now it's missing 2.
We do not decorate our yards with hubcaps because we like the look - they're waiting for the owners to reclaim them.

Check out Interstate 10 east of Lake Charles, Louisiana, both eastbound and westbound lanes look like something out of some 3rd world country......really makes ya want to pay more in taxes.
