I will admit Ohio's roads have gotten better the last few years, but I didn't think in any way we'd be in the top five. The Ohio Turnpike, especially, has improved.

PA Turnpike is just horrible though.

Ohio just stuns me. Yes the turnpike is better, but 75 and 71 are always under construction and the project around Toledo has had traffic tied up for years. I was honestly looking for Ohio on the worst list.

There are always so many "road under construction" signs on the PA turnpike that I always thought the signs should read, "PA Turnpike...Constantly Under Construction Since 1947" (or whatever date it opened).

well that and I-70 through Columbus has improved greatly since I've lived in the state....

and I-71 isn't bad either.
