We can't lose sight of the fact that most Muslims DO NOT endorse terrorism, and are in fact very much against it. Right now it doesn't seem as if there are any vocal, moderate Muslims, but all that I know personally are very pro-America. We need to find out why and help them fix the silence while we track the murdering, sadistic thugs who kill in their name.
We can't ban a religion, we have to track and kill the crazies advocating violence in it's name. The rule of law REQUIRES the free practice of religion in this country, that cannot be changed without undoing most of what this country stands for.

How about banning Wahabism (sp) because of its radical interpretation of the Koran. If we can ban the KKK, so we can ban Wahabies. No damage to the Constitution.
