The South Dakota Senate just passed a bill that bans almost all abortions in the state. It now goes to the governor to be signed.

If it is signed into law, it will be struck down within a few minutes by some federal judge.

Why not. There side can count to 5.

I wish our side could do that. Anthony Kennedy is not going to vote to reverse Roe, sad to say.

How could they not? They would lose their support base in the lunatic left if they didn't rush forth to defend murdering children.

I don't think it will go far.
It will hit the Supreme Court and be struck down after ... Oh about two minutes.
If it were only not so, but this is reality folks.
