From what I understand the LPGA is the sports organization that can least afford to be restricting its press coverage.
Why should someone have to sign over rights to their own work product? Sounds like all the press photographers would just become freelancers for the LPGA.
Oh, well, if everyone refused to sign the agreement, we could just read about it without accompanying pictures. I don't see that helping to promote the LPGA, but who knows.
Oh, okay. I thought maybe the beat correspondent got in trouble for telling lesbian jokes around the players or something.
