Government has the right to legislate what a restarant can do with regard to the public health.

Government has made its wishes known, you can take it to the polls but you cannot simply flout the law.

In Bloomington, they've made it illegal to smoke even on the public street...
Bar business is down, resteraunt Business is down, and tax revenus are down as people find alternatives, such as across the County Line....

Yah off in some little table outside in a cold tent. But with the regulations that you can't serve/drink liquor in the non smoker tent. ( Somewhere in Canada the opposite is currently true ).
