It was impossible for a federal level democratic election to be held in that far land without total blood shed and chaos. In Iraq, it was impossible for a democratic elections to be held without a total civil war breaking out to prevent it from coming to past. They where all wrong. It was impossible for any form of constitution to be drafted let alone voted into existence, to many different factions in Iraq would make such a thing impossible. They where wrong.
