But as some notable figures throughout history have devulged, knowledge has a price.

The price I pay, though I am in no way notable, is screaming fits directed at the TV or video monitor.

Thank your nephew for his service for me. My Army Son-in-Law just got back from his tour. He will be getting a Purple Heart and maybe something else (so the Army says) but he did get another rocker to 1st Sgt. And to top it off he got a son during his tour.

Thank your son-in-law for his service for me. Sounds like he has been around for a while. I do prayerfully hope he shall fully recover from his injury both in body and in spirit. It is obviouse the corps is his career. May it be long, healthy, and spiritually satisfying for him through the remaining reups. They continue to amaze me at just how great they are. And when one thinks of so many of the weekend warriors converted to full time warriors for one year, two year plus deploys, and all just doing their duty, often not complaining, extending their hand to many in need, while they must watch their backs at the same time. Truely our great military traditions stay in tack regardless of those that would like to see them disolve. Now the Iraqi are getting a taste for what an American soldier or Marine is made out of. And it clearly is being shown they want to be the same way. Perhaps one of the best thank you, we can receive is when former Saddam army personel call our soldiers and Marines their brothers.
