I'd like to spend somewhere between $150 to $250. I actually don't know anything about suspensions on bikes. The time riding will probably be split about 50% on hilly roads and 50% on dirt paths. I'm in good condition from running and lifting weights, but I haven't ridden a bike probably since I was in high school (12 years ago).
