Nothing wrong with blathering. We all blather from time to time. And yes, States powers and duties need to be revisited. Not only on the Second Amendment issues, but on others such as Roe V Wade that has been twisted so that it implies a power the Judiciary was never meant to have.

Overturning Roe is almost eqaully as important as overturning the NFA of '34 and the GCA of '68.

These are things that at a Federal level the Legislature and the Judiciary should have just said, "We are not allowed to do anything in these areas as we haven't been given the power".
