It must be all the tea dumped into boston's harbor so long ago that has infected the people of ma....

To think that the area that had so much to do with the beginning of this great nation of ours could have become so overwrought with communists and traitors.

I mean really, think about it. The home of the Boston Tea Party, the Boston Massacre and they repeatidly re-elect an admitted (I went to Paris France and met with the representatives of the North Vietnamese Government, and with the representives of the Viet Cong) TRAITOR, john f'n kerrey as well as fat boy teddy the swimmer kennedy.

Has to be all the tea in the water.

The problem is not the North, it is that we have the larger cities, which counterbalance the rational folks in the rest of the state. If you judged Texas by Houston, or if you judged Lousiana by New Orleans, or if you judged Georgia by Atlanta, you would get the same thing.

Cities are not good for mental health, apparently.

Can we question their patriotism now?

I found this on a very popular left-wing site:

"I think the US troops are murderous thugs who should be incarcerated (after a fair trial). I do however support the real heroes of this war -- those Iraqis who are fighting for their freedom and the freedoms of their families and neighbours against US thugs."

I understand. I commented on the recent death of a fellow who trained as a hydraulic engineer, had decided that he was also competent on geography, and asserted that geysers could float continents across the face of the earth and justify a very young earth. He was one of the leading lights of the "Intelligent Design" movement.

Some things are so ridiculous that only an intellectual could believe.

"commanding officer that the colonel was familiar with the needs of blacks because the colonel had raised blacks on his plantation."

That must've been one very OLD commanding officer!!!!
