So this is Specter's thank you gift to Bush for saving him from being beaten in the primary before his last Senate run. Disgusting, he should be locked up for even suggesting legislation like this. If you think that Bush would have signed into law the house version of the bill you are deluding yourself. Bush has nothing ot do with Specter proposing this bill.

Bush has everything to do with this bill and if you can't see that it's you who is deluded.
Bush will eventually either sign stricter legislation or have to sit and cry when his veto is overidden.
