WASHINGTON — Sen. Hill ary Rodham Clinton has en listed one of Bill's former for eign-policy foot soldiers — who once demanded Democrats "think straight about war" —to toughen up her message on na tional security and Iraq.
Heather Hurlburt, a hawkish former top speechwriter and policy planner at the State Department and White House, has been hired heading into a 2008 White House campaign season that is being dominated by homeland security and Iraq issues.
Clinton has staked out a moderate position on Iraq along with Sen. Evan Bayh (D-Ind.) and former Virginia Gov. Mark Warner in this first leg of the White House horse race — leaving her left flank exposed to likely primary rivals John Kerry, John Edwards, Al Gore and Wisconsin Sen. Russ Feingold.
Hurlburt was recently hired by Clinton, paying out more than $20,000 for her services.
Months prior to parachuting into Camp Clinton, Hurlburt kicked Democrats in the pants for "plenty of hand-wringing . . . in the face of [President] Bush's saber rattling" on the war and national security.
She added in a Washington Monthly essay that Democrats had no hope to "regain credibility with voters on national security until we learn to think straight about war.
"And we will never learn to think straight about war until this generation of professional Democrats overcomes its ignorance of and indifference to military affairs," she wrote.

the shrillness in her voice will return when the heat is turned up on her. And she'll make mistakes. The more heat we can put on her, the more her facade will crack.
She has hired this woman, The Snakehead and others, Bubba is looking for Interns. One would have to be simple minded to not see that she isnt running for Senator she is setting herself up for the presidential run.
The question is why would the people of New York help this carpetbagger get into the White House by having her act as their Senator for 2 more years.
What has she actually done for New York in the last 6 years?
If the people in New York like being used then they should be in ecstasy, because thats what is happening.

bingo! don't you think so? It's not in her nature to be gracious, polite, controlled. It is in her nature to be aggressive - very aggressive, and she gets angry. She doesn't have the control her husband has.

All the Repubs have to do is run reruns of her facial expressions during the last SOTUS.
