The whole city was desserted for the week. Businesses lost a bundle. The Democratic party catered the delegates instead of letting them eat locally and help the economy. They hired cars for the delegates which angered the cab drivers, who had nobody else to drive around since the city was empty. Our idiot mayor intended it to be a boom for the city. It was the opposite.
But old Mumbles got elected again,didn't he? The Massachusetts voter never ceases to amaze me.
