Hopefully Nagin won't show up in Court and will be held in contempt. It'd be great to see him dragged into a Federal Court in handcuffs.

Typical: put laws on the books, lawyers pick and choose which rights they will defend or prosecute.

The law has become meaningless. Only the lawyer-judge confederate rebellion code applies. The constitution is dead.

This is a war that has been going on for a while. They like to keep it underground & not declare it outright so the American people won't rise up. They play the game pretty well. with lawyers in between playing the "communication breakdown" card & asking for money for protection (which isn't worth anything since its value is not legitimately defended, hence inflation).
