Nope, not gonna give GMA a pass on anything. Not going to give Peter Bart a pass either.

Bart got his adjectives all mixed up. What he really meant to do was to insult the unsophisticated "filmgoer" who loathes Hollywood for trying to sell liberalism. Like all us rube rednecks out here are too ignorant to intellectualize queers, communists. and terrorists who want to kill us. (Dead giveaway we're dealing with a super snob when he says "film" instead of "movies".)

Guess I'm not a "dedicated filmgoer" since I am also not sophisticated enough to appreciate liberal trash thrown out to the masses.

A look at the educational backgrounds of these snobs shows that the majority of them are school dropouts or only highschool grads.

I think it is appropriate for him to label current Hollyweird product "film". Think pond scum. That icky film floating at the top.
