I don't know how the state found out about his pets. And I'm sure every story will be different.
I do know that various law offices are holding evening seminars to train 'agents of this law' and they are receiving badges to enforce that are outside the juristiction of our state laws.

NJSBA Animal Law
Do you own a dog? A cat? PAWS covers the non slaughter animals.
Two dogs, two cats.
So, what is it that you want me to do to stop this? Give me some solid guidance, and I'll do it. Running around in a panic isn't my style. Action is, so instruct me.
the media is the lapdog of tyranical despots. Those no knocks make good TV clips and sell newspapers
That is being covered from another direction. FDA is requiring farms that have hay to register.
The tagging is going to dictate the VET medicals too.
You won't be able to self treat the animals anymore.
The UK is already ahead of us in implementing this. All you need to do is watch their gov sites to see what is planned here. This is a global initiative that was started from the EU/WTO trade agreement. We are suppose to come up to their standards.
>>>They could use the ruse that they wanted to track tree diseases?
Matter of fact, trees are included.

Here, at FR, I'm just providing the information. I'm not running around in a panic nor do I expect you to.
We are working with groups to fight this. My group, http://nationalpropertyowners.org National Property Owners is working with Star Locke of Texas, http://www.starovertexas.com; Dr. Mary Zanoni of Farm for Life; Walter Jeffries of http://www.nonais.org
Links bookmarked. Thanks.
FedGov has gotten too large by far and too powerful for us too remain even a semi-free people.
Yup. It happens every day in this country, and noone does anything about it.
We've not been free men for quite some time, but don't even know it.
If elections could change anything, they'd be illegal too.
They have forgotten that they work for US, not the other way around!!
God I hate these people!!
We have to get NGO monies out of our system first.
The NGOs allow monies from other countries and big business corporations to be utilized by all these Globalists, Commies, and Socialist to influence our entire system.
When a global minded person runs, all these little activism groups are created with NGO monies. Donations are then masked from special interest groups, countries and corporations through the foundations and people like us can't be heard over that funding.
This entire NAIS system is NGO funded.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to tell you about some legislation that I believe should be passed. It is concerning our elected officials and in my opinion is necessary and good for the nation.
I would like to see a law passed that would give a premise number to every elected official and also a premise number to each and every appointed official on a voluntary basis to begin with. If government officials do not willingly volunteer I suggest that you make it compulsory with a fee at that time. This will encourage all to volunteer. The ones who do not comply within a given time, voluntarily, will pay the fee and reduce the tax payer's burden of this program. Now we should throw in a threat for non compliance, let's say up to $1000/day, that should get attention.
The second stage of this system will follow in a given time. It will have to do with vehicles owned or operated by government officials. The reason for this is that vehicles are dangerous when not maintained properly and in the event one should have rotten tires, a leaky gas tank, emitting fumes, and Lord knows what other dangerous thing is going on with them; we will need to take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Now each stakeholder in the EOAOIS (elected official appointed official identification system) must then have their property (car, truck, vehicle that they use) which in the future will be known as the national fleet, fitted with on star.
This way we will be able to pinpoint that property immediately and also a report must be written within 24 hours of each move of that vehicle. We will have the mechanics union get involved and records will be kept to insure that the oil and fluids are changed on time.
If a vehicle driven by a government official is found not to be fitted with OnStar or is not maintained to taxpayer's standards, we the tax payers are to be notified immediately. I believe some scanners will be needed on highways in case the car is stolen or gets into territory that it shouldn't, the tax payers will be able to track it immediately. Car lots must comply and get an OnStar scanner also to document selling or buying of each stakeholder's property and notify the taxpayer...
Now you must purchase on star for each of your vehicles whether it belongs to you or to the taxpayer. You will need to purchase soft ware for your computer to report on a regular basis. The costs of this will have to be paid out of your own pocket because the taxpayer is demanding it but is in no way willing to finance it. I believe less taxpayer control is what you would wish any way.
Now if this sounds ridiculous try reading the NAIS proposal. However we do need to monitor lawmakers more closely and we wouldn't be dealing with this now.
Yours Truly
A concerned Freeper

Good for that fishing organization!
Maybe with all of our groups fighting, a difference will be made.
