Nice work FB!
Last week I bought Dak smoked salami sausage, Danish blue cheese and Danish feta cheese. I highly recommend all three. I couldn't find the butter cookies, but they are delicious.
For anyone shopping in NJ or LI, Pathmark has a sale (until Friday) on Dak and Hafnia 1# hams. Get the butter cookies (huge tin) at BJ's.

Investigate Carlsberg Elephant...it's well worth your effort.
We have Dansk china - they also make very pretty stainless flatware which we use for every day. And quite a number of furniture items in our house came from a local shop called House of Denmark that imports Danish furniture. It's all veneer but very well made.
