She's not stupid. She's mentally ill. She is not living in a rational universe. A psychosis?
Amazing, isn't it. What I can't fathom is how, given that this woman is capable of making a statement as totally bizarre as that, no one had previously noticed that she was WAY off mentally. Apparently her neighbors, and parents of other children at the center, were utterly surprised.
