Either it's grandstanding for an emotional situation, or it's utter ignorance for what government does over time with any inch that it is given. Either way, there's little intellectual merit on display in response to this story... which is precisely why the Constitution was written, and why it is a timeless and superlative work.
Involuntary??? Not guilty by reason of "he couldn't help himself?"
