Hearing a lot of pessimism about this, but I still think it's a courageous maneuver and not political grandstanding. Anyone ever think that maybe the people of SD are tired of innocent children being killed?

This will take quite some time before it reaches the Supreme Court and perhaps the makeup of the court will be a little different by then. At any rate, the liberals trash us enough, we shouldn't be arguing with each other. We need to stand firm in our support of the unborn.
