We already have a "safe and sane" immigration program. That term is just politicians double speak for not having the guts to enforce our laws. They all make me wanta barf recently.

The only other place I've seen the phrase "safe and sane" employed was for fireworks -- the boring kind that just shot out sparks but did not explode.
