Their parents are probably rushing to the defense of their little misunderstood "mere pranksters".
They are good kids who can't possibly be guilty. Juvie will tear them several new ones - if they're lucky enough to go to juvie. Every time they go to the bathroom they'll be reminded of the burning.

The youngest of them is 19. They aren't going to juvie. It's the big house for this terrible trio.
