A juror in John A. (Junior) Gotti's federal conspiracy trial bailed out just as deliberations began yesterday, after telling fellow jurors she feared for her safety, the Daily News has learned.

Judge Shira Scheindlin granted the woman's request to be excused, which came moments after a jury foreman was picked and the panel was about to begin deliberations.

"There's a verdict, Charlie," Gotti joked to attorney Charles Carnesi, when the foreman sent a second note.

What if it became known that certain mobsters would have jurors threatened that if they do not render a not guilty verdict that they would have their family members killed?

Reading the article it seems to me they are revealing way too much about the jurors. No wonder they are scared.

I thought potential jurors were profiled before they are selected and not after. ;-)

The mystery woman seen scribbling a description of a juror at John A. (Junior) Gotti's trial has boasted to friends that she's the psychic of the mob family.

But Gotti family members say the woman, who goes by the name Raquel, is a tarot card reader from Brooklyn who fancies herself a jury profiler, but she's no jury tamperer.

Don't worry about her, she's not tampering, she's psychic (NY Daily News 02-25-06)

If Gotti walks we can thank Ron Kuby, the lying piece of garbage.

He defends all the enemies of society. The Colin Ferguson types who shot up the Long Island Railroad trains, racism, you know.

No doubt in my mind that Kuby volunteered to help Gotti.

After all the first trial was 11- 1 for conviction.

Suddenly Kuby had this memory of years past and there he was.

Helping Gotti.

Society's dregs are Kuby's heroes.

I think I just heard - the judge ended this case in a mistrial.

You are right about Kuby, I don't see how Curtis can do the show with him anymore.
