You do realize that President Bush told Yugoslavia they had to hand over Milosevic to the international war crimes tribunal or risk losing US aid.

Yes, and IMO W was wrong. He won't sign the US on to any international court, because they are POLITICAL , but turned his head when Milosevic was subjected to it.

.. I'll be satisfied when revisionist historians ...

So, you think that the history of the Balkans, is as written by the Clinton and the MSP? And you subscibe to it?

Besides which as commander of the Yugoslav Army Milosevic...

Milosevic was NOT commander of the Yugo Army. He was commander of the Serb Army.

Yugoslav Army Milosevic cannot possibly claim ignorance of abuses going on under his command

In the Tribunal there was no credible verbal or paper that he was in charge. Where they could Serbia punished their own abusers.

IMO a mass grave is, mildly put, more than one body in one hole. That was never found in Kosovo.

Help yourself, dig up the Tribunal video archives, and watch a few days of it, then come back.

"Milosevic was NOT commander of the Yugo Army. He was commander of the Serb Army"

You are correct (Mladic was commanding the Yugoslavian army), that was my mistake. In one sense you are also correct about this trial being a farce. This trial is useless without the two other major defendents (Karadzic & Mladic) in custody and in front of the witness stand. Both of whom are purported to be in the country yet no one formally knows where they are. I would have to say that your hatred of Clinton and the ICC has colored your judgment a little in regard to Milosevic and his cronies. Regardless of whether charges of genocide can be proven in court (or for that matter whether the ICC is legitimate tribunal) it is doubtless that thousands of individuals were killed in response to events created and condoned by these 3 individuals. Milosevic started multiple failed wars in a rediculous attempt to unite a "greater serbia", and carried out through his proxies criminal acts which many Japanese & German leaders post WWII were execurted for committing.

Think the ICC is illegitimate, thats a another discussion. Think the Clintons wrote the history of the balkans, ok you have a valid point. Think Milosevic was a great man....you are off your rocker!
