That seems kind of odd for a member of the SAS.
But probably not for one who intends to enter politics...
To say the least. I've read several books on the SAS and he doesn't sound like any of them.
Considering their tactics against subjects of the Queen in Northern Ireland, both Catholic and Protestant, yeh, it's down right unFReeking believable.
What does SAD mean?
What does SAS mean?
It is odd...the body of text states that its the 'first time' an SAS has done this...
Don't worry though...the MSM will apply exponential algorithms to the number 1 to try and turn it into a million...
I agree this does seem odd for an SAS trooper - strange that he allowed himself to be photographed or the Brit DoD allowed him to be interviewed. I'm in the UK at the moment and there is no mention of this story on the radio or TV; just this article in the Telegraph.
Not sure that most armchair generals posting here would be fit to lick an SAS or other special forces boots - having served 5years + 2(reserve)in the conventional forces myself. But we're all free to give our opinions.
Not sure if it's too early to slam this guy or even take the story seriously.
Especially after the reputation they earned in Ireland.
I don't find it odd at all. I have been posting items about SPECOPS and their view of the war for sometime. They are in many cases very unhappy on the current situation.
Quitting in the glare of a press extravaganza makes this person an unquestionable turd-ball.
