You hit it one the head. The Hague is not recognized as an international legal authority by the US. So, it shouldn't be recognized by anyone else.

This was a joke of a trial. Court rules that we are used to here are far different there. Half of the "evidence" used in that courtroom would have been thrown out in our court system due to hearsay and the like. Not there.

It's all politics. Nobody will ever know the real deal and that's the way they like it.
