I certainly hope we can come up with better presidential candidates than Frist or McCain.
My personal favorite is a Jeb Bush /Condi Rice ticket, except for some people's concern about the perception of a "Bush dynasty". But Jeb has done a great job as governor of Florida and would be an excellent candidate.

Have to wonder of Condi protests too much about wanting to leave D.C. when W does. I've got a Condi '08 bumper sticker on my car so hope springs eternal. As for Jeb, rumor mill has it that his wife is the one keeping him from running for Senate this time or presidency in '08. Wish he'd duct tape the mouth of his son shut.
George P. is an open-borders anti-Border Patrol idiot...who unfortunately is being groomed for higher office in Texas.

As a Floridian, I agree. But Jeb's wife and daughter, along with being a "Bush" would be too much of a drag. I'd like to see him take on Bill Nelson in the U.S. Senate race, the above issues would not matter so much in a state race and he is very strong across party lines...

I wonder if Teri Shiavo, her family and those that loved her felt the same way. That will haunt him throughout his career(IMHO)
