Perhaps the Iraqi's should try that old plan used by General Blackjack Pershing in the Philippines - kill all but one of them, let them watch as the corpses are buried with the entrails and blood of pigs. This supposedly makes them eternally unclean so they can't end up with Allah, no 72 virgins, the party is called off permanently. Let the other one "escape."
