"He HAS won friends... Russie is now the CHAMPION of the moonbat wing at the DNC. Those idiots over at the Daily Kos will embrace him for this absurd, gesture of defiance.
The kooks will have their boy come primary time."
Bingo. The wackier he gets the higher his moonbat numbers will go. Act like a raving lunatic and become darling of your party!

Feingold Blames Stalled Censure Motion on 'Cowering' DemocratsWell, that ought to help his presidential aspirations quite a bit.
The loony tunes wing of the dimmiecrat party can't even agree on what day it is, let alone get any one elected president.

"Where is my adversary?"That WAS a 'funny' by Sphecter... but boy... it sounded a hell-of-a-lot like something KKKByrd would'a said!

Feingold mentions the President's approval numbers. That's a dead giveaway as to Feingold's motives ... and only demonstrates how much of a coward and dirtbag he really is. Don't kick a man because you think he's wrong. Kick a man you think is wrong only when he's "down".
Besides, the 'Rats aren't "cowering". They simply don't have a case and they know it. If Bush's popularity was below 10% they STILL wouldn't have a case.

What a GREAT picture....yeppers, I knew Russy wanted the publicity a LOT more than a Censure debate or vote...
That captures that sentiment perfectly.

I'm amazed at Democrats ... cowering with this president's numbers so low," said Feingold, D-Wis. "The administration ... just has to raise the specter of the War on Terror, and Democrats run and hide."The cannibalistic Dems are at it again, devouring their own!
I like it, I like it!
There isn't a more satisfying sound than the Dems cursing and gnashing their teeth!

All he had to do was file cloture. Every republican would have voted with him, he only needed 4 other democrats to join him and he could have forced a vote.

"I DON'T USUALLY THINK OF BILL FRIST AS AN ATTACK DOG, but I just got an email from his office with a link to this post on Feingold's censure attempt that's pretty tough, at least for the usually mild-mannered Frist:
Yesterday Democrat Senator Russ Feingold called for a censure of President Bush. The censure reads:
"The United States Senate does hereby censure George W. Bush, President of the United States, and does condemn his unlawful authorization of wiretaps of Americans."
Senator Feingold is flat wrong and irresponsible.
In fact, when I attempted today to bring this censure resolution to the Senate floor for a vote, the Democrats objected. Proving it is just a shameful political stunt.
I said the other day that Bush's best hope was for the Democrats to do something dumb. "
