At the risk of sounding pedantic, "cajones" means "chests" or "drawers." I think you wanted to say "cojones." That means "balls" or "testicles."

Man, am I glad you posted this! I'm so embarrassed - for years I've been telling Republican Senators that they have no "chests" or "drawers..."
