"Contract" or not, why should we believe these government-growing liars?
Mike Pence has been one of the few political figures that has resisted the growth of government. He has opposed such big government proposals from the Bush administration as the Prescription Drug Plan. The problem with this contract is that the GOP leadership is one of the major obstacles to its implementation.
