Sweet Christ lol. Ethiopia is not the new India - who can even begin to count the ways that this is destined to fail? Corruption, political instability, no English skills... sigh :-s
Granted, I really don't know how competitive wages compare between African nations, but at least in South Africa they have a stable government and speak English.
